We run two coaching sessions every Saturday morning (weather dependent) for any child of any age or ability, and children are able to take their golf to the next level by joining our Junior Golf Academy where they will be coached out on the course.
We are a proud supporter of girls who want to take up golf and are an active member of the Girls-Golf-Rocks initiative.
We always plan to have a packed diary for our juniors including golf competitions, and non golfing events.

Its a great place to make new friends and meet our junior squad, junior mentors and find out about the fun activities available to our juniors at Burton on Trent.
Every year we run two cohorts of around 8-10 students looking to move from the driving range onto the course and into competition.
As a student of the Junior Academy children will receive focused coaching on key aspects of the game that are designed to arm them with all the skills they need to play, and be safe while playing on the course. At the end of the course students will have a handicap and be ready to play in competitions.
Places in a cohort are offered to children who have joined Burton-on-Trent as members and who have demonstrated that they have the basic skills necessary to progress onto the course. There is a one off fee of £25.00 to join the Academy after which all lessons are provided free of charge. Children will also receive a welcome pack including a Burton Junior Polo Shirt, Pitch repair tool, Ball marker and other training aids.
